If you would like a replacement and the item is no longer available/in stock, we will replace it with a wine that is comparable in price and style. We will call or email you to let you know what options are available. If at that point nothing in our inventory suits your taste, we will offer a full refund for the damaged/corked item.
You can log in to block122.com/my-account/ at any time to print a receipt for your damaged order, if needed. Or, just tell us your order number by phone or email, along with the email you used to purchase your wine, and we will contact you to make amends.
For gifts where no receipt is available, we can offer a replacement e-gift card for an item or items of equivalent value on block122.com. We will contact the original purchaser to confirm the order number.
